The apartment complex consists of two 24-storey buildings with large common areas, 3 lifts per building, a garden, free indoor parking, 24-hour security and a concierge service. There are 240 apartments in total.

The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a kitchen with ceramic hobs, fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and an ironing board with iron, and an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Each apartment additionally features an in-room safe, a plasma-screen TV with satellite channels and a large sun room.

There are outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, and guests may also enjoy a game of tennis (fees apply). Sun loungers are provided on the sun terrace and on the sandy beach.
